How to transfer a blog to another person in Blogger

1. Go to blogger.com 

2. Login To your Google Account

3. Choose "Setting Menu"   

4. Click on "Add Author" and type the G-mail id and  invite author 

5. Check that Gmail id which you have enter and accept invitation

6. Accept Again

7 now you become author 

8. Now refress and make "author" to "Admin" 

 Now Refress the author Page  And See That Author become Admin Of the Blog

To Remove old Admin Click on Cross Button

Congratulation Now You Have Transfer Your Blog To Another Admin
